About

The Role

The Brand Partnerships Senior Account Consultant joins our London-based team, working closely with our internal Sales, Campaign Operations, and Performance teams to deliver influencer marketing campaigns for our European brand partners, primarily across the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of brands, ranging from long-term annual investors to clients running ad hoc or seasonal campaigns.

You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution across your portfolio, ensuring delivery accuracy, strong performance outcomes, and high-quality client experiences. This role suits someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the adaptability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work across multiple campaigns simultaneously, collaborate with international teams, and contribute to white-glove service for high-investment clients.

A genuine excitement for the influencer marketing industry is essential. You are curious about creators, platforms, and trends, and motivated by seeing influencer-led campaigns perform in the market. This enthusiasm, paired with strong ownership and a desire to continuously learn, underpins success in the role.

How You Will Make An Impact Campaign Management & Communication
  • Coordinate campaign setup, creator casting, delivery, and wrap-up across multiple brands, including annual investors and ad hoc activations. Ensuring timelines, deliverables, and success metrics are met.
  • Act as a key point of contact for campaign-related communications with clients, influencers, and agencies, providing clear, professional updates on timelines, deliverables, casting feedback and campaign status.
  • Proactively identify campaign delivery risks or issues and raise them with clients and internal stakeholders in a timely, solution-oriented way, clearly outlining impact and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, trackers, and reporting inputs to support seamless delivery.
Reporting & Insights
  • Monitor and track campaign KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting and timely status updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Leverage performance reporting and data-driven insights to inform and steer strategic creator casting decisions that align with brand objectives and drive measurable impact.
  • Own the creation of client-facing campaign recaps and reporting documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Support performance analysis by highlighting trends, risks, or opportunities surfaced through reporting and campaign delivery.
Collaboration & Team Contribution
  • Work closely with internal Sales, Campaign Operations, Creator Success, and Performance teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Act as a reliable campaign delivery partner, translating campaign objectives into clear, actionable delivery plans.
  • Guide creators through campaign requirements, timelines, and expectations, setting them up for success and high-quality delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior team members (Account Coordinators), contributing to delivery consistency and white-glove service for high-investment clients.
  • Operate effectively within a shared delivery model, supporting multiple brands and campaigns concurrently.
What You Will Bring To LTK
  • At least 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing or e-commerce industries
  • Strong attention to detail, with a track record of delivering accurate reporting and maintaining high standards while meeting deadlines
