OverviewSpark Foundry is looking for a Global Planning Manager to join our international team working on one of the world’s most influential and innovative technology brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a portfolio of globally recognised platforms that shape how billions of people connect, communicate and experience digital technology. The account operates across multiple international markets and sits at the forefront of culture, innovation and digital media.
You’ll play a key role within the global planning hub in London, helping to drive strategic thinking, coordinate activity across markets and bring together media plans that deliver real impact at scale.
The RoleAs Global Planning Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of a fast‑moving international team, working closely with regional markets, investment teams and senior stakeholders to deliver cohesive global media strategies.
You’ll help ensure global campaigns are strategically aligned while supporting local markets to execute effectively across channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading international planning coordination across multiple markets
- Developing and shaping media strategies alongside senior planning leads
- Building biddable media PCAs and integrating insights from local market activity
- Working with investment teams to translate strategy into actionable media plans
- Tracking and analysing campaign performance and identifying key insights
- Managing key client deliverables including status updates, reporting and presentations
- Supporting client meetings and helping shape strategic responses to briefs
- Building strong relationships with local market teams across the network
- Managing and developing junior team members within the global team
We’re looking for someone with strong media planning foundations who enjoys working across international teams and complex, multi‑market campaigns.
You’ll likely have:
- Experience with in a media agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of multi‑channel media planning
- Experience working with global or regional campaigns (a bonus, not essential)
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders across markets
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights
- Good working knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables) and Power Point
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
