About

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Executive to play a central role in delivering Annoushka’s marketing initiatives. This position is pivotal in ensuring campaigns, social media, events and PR activity are executed seamlessly and to the highest standard.

From managing timelines, to supporting at events and acting as the key day‑to‑day contact for our PR agency, this is a varied and hands‑on role within a fast‑paced luxury environment.

The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented project manager with a flair for brand storytelling and a passion for jewellery.

What You’ll Be Doing Marketing project support & campaign co‑ordination
  • Support the planning, execution and measurement of the marketing calendar. Ensuring success across campaigns, advertising, content, partnerships, events, PR and social media.
  • Ensure activity is delivered on time and within budget, with measurable outcomes aligned to business objectives.
  • Assist in developing the marketing plan for overarching marketing campaign and new product launches.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (ecommerce, retail, creative, PR, social and external agencies) to ensure moments are delivered on time and on brand.
  • Act as a liaison with external partners, ensuring alignment on brand messaging, deadlines and quality expectations.
Events & Partnership Management
  • Manage the events and partnership calendar in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
  • Support the planning and delivery of client events, boutique activations and brand partnerships from concept through to execution.
  • Oversee event logistics including team coordination, supplier liaison, guest lists, RSVP tracking, materials, timelines and on‑the‑day management.
  • Ensure a seamless and elevated client experience at every touchpoint, reflecting Annoushka’s warmth and luxury positioning.
PR & Press Liaison
  • Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for the PR agency, supporting alignment on priorities, messaging and timelines.
  • Coordinate product call‑ins and returns, maintaining accurate tracking and organisation of samples.
  • Assist with creating press releases and media collateral.
  • Support media and influencer gifting initiatives in collaboration with the PR agency.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date press lists, coverage tracking and reporting.
Social Media & Brand Support
  • Support the Social Media & Content Manager with delivery of the social media calendar, including scheduling and monitoring content across relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate on the production of new content, working closely with in‑house teams and external partners to craft engaging luxury content.
  • Assist with briefing creative assets, coordinating approvals and ensuring final outputs meet brand standards.
  • Provide general marketing team support including meeting notes, budget tracking and supplier coordination.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance campaign storytelling, partnerships and brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and content creation, including familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in developing and nurturing partnerships.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with press, stylists and influencers, with a strong existing network considered an asset.
  • Highly adaptable, able to work under pressure, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling in the luxury space.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused, solutions‑driven mindset.
  • Passion for luxury branding, trends and customer engagement.
  • A keen interest in emerging marketing and social media trends relevant to the luxury industry.
