Affiliate Marketing Executive (Tik Tok Shop & Amazon Affiliates)

We’re looking for a driven and proactive Affiliate Marketing Executive to support our growing creator commerce and social commerce work across Tik Tok Shop and Amazon.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Affiliate Manager and external agency partners to help scale our affiliate programme during a major brand refresh and marketing campaign.

• Supporting day‑to‑day affiliate operations across Tik Tok Shop and Amazon Affiliates
• Reviewing, approving and onboarding new affiliates
• Managing and issuing creator briefs
• Liaising with our Tik Tok Shop agency to coordinate campaigns
• Handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth affiliate workflow
• Monitoring performance and contributing to weekly reporting

• Experience supporting Tik Tok Shop or social commerce activity (agency or brand-side)
• Confident working with creators, affiliates and platform tools
• Highly organised, proactive and a strong communicator
• A passion for social, creators and fast‑paced campaign environments
• Comfortable working with external agencies and internal teams
