Your New Role… Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager UK & Ireland, you will support the planning and delivery of external communications strategies, campaigns and events that elevate Warner Bros. Discovery's profile across the UK & Ireland. This role plays a key part in shaping the organisation's external presence following the merger of Warner Media and Discovery Inc., helping promote key messages, initiatives and business priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of external communications strategies, campaigns and events across UK & Ireland.
  • Assist with drafting communication tools, briefing documents and press materials.
  • Coordinate campaign launches and event logistics.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the UK corporate press office, including media monitoring and timely handling of requests.
  • Maintain press office distribution lists and track media moves to inform engagement plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, including affiliates, advertisers, retailers, production community and industry bodies.
  • Support coordination across UK communications teams, attending briefings and maintaining activity trackers.
  • Assist in delivering DEI & CSR communications programmes.
  • Support internal communications by ensuring timely information flow and assisting with internal briefings and events.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, PR or media relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging materials.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and press office processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in the media, entertainment and broadcasting landscape.
