We've partnered with an incredible organisation who are on the look out for a Brand Campaign Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of global brand campaigns across TV, Outdoor, Digital, and Social, coordinating activity across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Translate audience insight, brand direction, and data into clear creative briefs and campaign plans.
  • Adapt global brand platforms and creative assets for market‑specific campaigns and ATL activity.
  • Support the development of retail and conversion‑focused marketing plans that connect brand storytelling to customer action.
  • Oversee the execution of brand experiences across physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Communications teams to deliver integrated activations that support audience and business goals.
  • Track campaign performance, support insight‑led optimisation, and contribute to media effectiveness reporting.
  • Contribute to annual brand planning and campaign frameworks, supporting senior leaders with insight, coordination, and execution.
  • Help embed best‑practice processes for campaign delivery, creative development, and brand management.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years’ experience in brand marketing, creative marketing, or campaign management, ideally in sport, entertainment, or a culturally driven industry.
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Strong understanding of broadcast, OOH, digital, and social channels.
  • Comfortable working with media plans and performance data to inform creative and optimise campaigns.
  • A clear communicator and natural storyteller, able to turn insight into actionable briefs.
  • Audience‑first and data‑aware, with experience using insight and measurement frameworks.
  • Collaborative and confident working cross‑functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, delivery‑focused approach.
  • Creative judgement and attention to detail, with the ability to shape high‑quality work.
  • Passionate about culture, creativity, and brand‑building.
