A globally recognised creative technology brand, whose tools power designers, marketers and enterprises across every screen, is hiring a B2B Digital Demand Marketing Manager to join its EMEA Demand Generation team.
You won’t just be “running ads.” You’ll be embedded in end-to-end campaign delivery, from media activation and content localisation to reporting, optimisation and governance. Over time, there’s scope to own campaigns outright, test new channels and shape strategy.

Role Responsibilities- You’ll support the planning and execution of digital media campaigns across display, paid social and programmatic channels, with a clear focus on lead generation and pipeline growth. Working closely with Demand Managers, you’ll ensure digital channels are fully embedded into broader customer journeys.
- You’ll identify optimisation opportunities, budget shifts, creative testing, targeting refinement, continuously improving CPL, conversion rates and overall campaign efficiency.
- Alongside activation, you’ll localise and adapt marketing assets for specific campaigns and EMEA markets, collaborating with regional marketing teams and creative studios to ensure messaging is on-brand, culturally relevant and optimised.
- You’ll own reporting inputs into weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews. The onus is to produce clear, insight‑led updates that track campaign health and performance against KPIs. Expect regular collaboration with analytics teams and media agencies.
- Finally, you’ll help strengthen campaign governance by maintaining frameworks and best practice documentation to ensure campaigns scale consistently and efficiently across the region.
- This role suits someone with 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing or demand generation, ideally within B2B, SaaS or a complex global organisation.
- You’ll have hands‑on experience activating digital campaigns and real accountability for performance metrics. Comfortable analysing data, building reports and making optimisation recommendations is essential.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools or tag management systems is highly beneficial.
- Strong project management skills are key – you’ll be juggling multiple campaigns, stakeholders and markets ’ll also need to be confident collaborating cross‑functionally with sales, regional marketing teams and external agencies.
- Exposure to global or matrixed environments is advantageous, as is any familiarity with creative or digital product ecosystems.
- You’ll be joining a globally respected brand at EMEA level, working inside a sophisticated demand engine where your work directly influences revenue outcomes.
