Social Media and Content Officer

Summary of the role What are we looking for? The Social Media & Content Officer will lead Arts Ed’s organic and paid social media presence, including the launch and growth of a new Tik Tok channel, while also creating high-quality digital and print campaign assets to support recruitment activity. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the role blends short-form video production, performance-led social advertising and creative asset development ensuring campaigns are cohesive across digital platforms and supports the overall marketing and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Lead and manage Arts Ed’s official social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and Linked In. Develop and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with recruitment priorities and institutional campaigns. Manage day-to-day scheduling, posting and community engagement. Monitor platform analytics and performance, adjusting content strategy accordingly.
