ECommerce Account Manager; Klaviyo

This role combines client leadership with team management, putting you at the center of key account relationships. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding strategy, driving retention, and ensuring their CRM and email marketing programs deliver measurable results.

• Manage and grow relationships with eCommerce clients as their main UK point of contact and strategic lead.
• Deliver retention strategies, uncover upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term account success.
• Lead, coach, and develop three Account Managers on planning, communication, and delivery.
• Ensure projects move smoothly across creative, technical, and client teams.
• Build and oversee client roadmaps tied to their business goals.

• 3+ years in eCommerce email marketing.
• 2-3+ years in an agency environment, managing multiple clients in fast-paced settings.
• Strong CRM experience.
• Confident communicator skilled at leading high-level client conversations and presentations.
• Experience managing or mentoring (ideally remote) teams.
• You thrive in client-facing roles, love coaching others, and understand how to turn CRM strategy into business results.
