Ignite are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling Homeware/Retail brand. The business is scaling FAST and following recent investment they are looking for a Head of Growth to come into their existing team of 6 people to help run the day to day of the marketing department, knowing what levers to pull to achieve sustainable growth within customer acquisition, retention, creative testing and marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have helped scale a DTC consumer brand from £2m-£15m and will be happy to be both hands-on and strategic. They will initially manage a Performance Marketing agency but with the idea to quickly hire a Performance Marketing Manager into the business once starting.

• Proven experience in a Head of Growth or Senior Growth Marketing Manager role.
• Proven experience with Meta ads and other paid channels (Google & Tik Tok)
• Experience working for a start-up would be preferable

• Basic salary from £75k - £85k, depending upon experience.
• Flexible working (3 days a week in East London)
