We’re growing and looking for a Junior Influencer Campaign Executive to join the Campaigns Team and support the delivery of our organic campaigns, growing into a more senior campaign role over time.

This role is ideal for a bright graduate or early‑career candidate who enjoys structured work, clear processes, learning how marketing campaigns run and who wants to get serious operational experience and build analytical skills inside a fast‑growing agency.

• Support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns for video game clients
• Identify creator communities and player audiences for projects across a range of genres
• Build and run creator outreach campaigns using email tools and databases
• Track influencer responses, campaign performance, and content delivery
• Support paid media and influencer retargeting
• Work with spreadsheets and systems to keep campaigns organised and up to date
• Prepare campaign updates and draft reporting
• Work with the team to learn how to develop plan, execute and optimise campaigns

This is a hands‑on execution role with clear guardrails, training, and progression.
