The RoleAs our Brand & Content Marketing Manager for this new event, you’ll lead the launch of a major new event within the PLE portfolio. You will:
- Build awareness and credibility of a brand-new event in the luxury space.
- Design and execute digital-first, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Attract and nurture luxury brands, partners, creators, and influencers.
- Support audience growth and commercial targets through high-quality lead generation and brand storytelling.

This role offers the rare opportunity to help launch and build a brand from the ground up, with real creative influence and commercial impact. You will shape how the event evolves, how it is perceived, and how it connects with its audience – from luxury brands and partners to creators, ambassadors, and future communities.
This position combines tactical planning, creative innovation and hands‑on execution. You will be trusted to develop campaigns, build partnerships, and activate ideas – but also to personally deliver them across digital channels, content, social media, and community engagement.
If you are excited by luxury brands, culture, people, and experiences and motivated by building something meaningful rather than maintaining the status quo, this role will give you the space, autonomy, and platform to do exactly that.
This is a Permanent (Full‑Time) opportunity reporting to the Director of Marketing.
ResponsibilitiesBrand Launch & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support the launch and growth of the launch event.
- Translate brand positioning into compelling, channel‑specific campaigns.
- Own campaign timelines, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and the creative team at PLE to evolve the event’s brand voice and presence.
Digital, Social & Community Building
- Own day‑to‑day management of social media channels (primarily Instagram and Linked In).
- Develop and deliver a clear social media and content strategy focused on growth, engagement, and community.
- Actively engage with audiences, partners, brands, and influencers to build meaningful relationships and a loyal community.
- Support the development of brand communities, ambassador programmes, or membership‑style initiatives.
