Marketing ExecutiveAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Pensions and International Solutions (CPS&I) Marketing team. As part of a fun and energetic team, you’ll support our marketing team leads in delivering a range of omni‑channel go‑to‑market plans. You’ll work across a variety of activity—from brochures and digital content to advertising—helping bring our propositions to life. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining our BAU assets, ensuring they’re updated in line with the right processes, while keeping our KPIs and reporting accurate, consistent, and fully up to date.
Key Responsibilities:- Development, delivery and maintenance of marketing collateral to the required quality level and in agreed timelines
- Work closely with the CPS&I team to ensure our social media activity is managed, optimized and measured in conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Marketing Managers to support the delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop and deliver quick win activity when opportunities are presented to support business targets
- Create promotional and support material for the various initiatives such as social media, web presence and trafficking of verification data and amends
- Support CPS and International activities and their successful implementation, including traffic management of approval process, verification, proofreading and fact checking
- Deliver reporting against KPIs and budget on a regular basis to monitor effectiveness
- Ensure that all go to market activities comply with regulatory requirements, including marketing compliance
Skills & Experience:
- Prior Marketing experience gained in financial services marketing is preferred
- Excellent project management skills, specifically the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills, keeping colleagues updated on project status and in the loop on decision making
- You must demonstrate the ability to adapt, learn quickly and pick up new skills
- You must be able to demonstrate a will to challenge the status quo to effect change
- You must be able to demonstrate attention to detail for example proof reading
- Good investment and pension knowledge across funds and products would be helpful, but not essential
