You build the organic discovery layer of Growth OS. Technical SEO, content architecture, entity optimisation, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). Not traffic — brand authority across AI platforms and search engines. From schema markup to pillar-cluster structures, site speed to AI bot crawlability — the engineering of organic visibility.
What you'll operate:- Technical SEO audits and implementation across multi-market sites
- Content architecture: pillar-cluster strategies, entity optimisation, and topical authority building
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): optimising for AI-powered search and discovery
- Site speed, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability optimisation
- 3+ years in SEO with strong technical and content strategy experience
- Hands‑on experience with schema markup, structured data, and technical site audits
- Understanding of GEO and AI‑powered search landscape
- You build organic authority as a system, not a collection of keywords.
