Responsibilities

Driving growth across Amazon, Shopify and emerging marketplace channels
Managing Amazon Seller Central, marketplace performance and listing optimisation
Developing and executing digital acquisition strategies across paid social, Amazon Ads and other performance channels
Improving website conversion, customer acquisition, retention and overall commercial performance
Working closely with founders and external partners to identify new growth opportunities and support future product launches

Qualifications

Proven experience in E‑Commerce, Digital Growth or Marketplace Management
Strong hands‑on Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising experience
Shopify / DTC growth experience
A commercial and data‑driven mindset
Experience with in consumer products, health & wellness, FMCG, beauty or related sectors would be advantageous
