We’re hiring a high-level Email & SMS Retention Manager to own lifecycle marketing and drive serious revenue growth through email and SMS.

• Increase repeat purchases
• Increase subscription & filter replacement revenue

• Improve overall CRM performance
• Build and optimize high-converting flows, campaigns, segmentation, and retention systems that directly impact the bottom line

• Own Afina’s email + SMS retention strategy end-to-end
• Build and optimize flows in Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, replenishment, win‑back, VIP, etc.)
• Launch high‑performing campaigns that drive revenue every week
• Build advanced segmentation and personalized customer journeys
• Run aggressive A/B testing across copy, offers, creatives, send times, and CTAs
• Improve retention, LTV, deliverability, and revenue per recipient
• Own filter replenishment lifecycle campaigns
• Work closely with growth, creative, and CX teams to scale retention fast

• 3+ years in email/SMS marketing for DTC or e-commerce brands
• Strong Klaviyo experience
• Proven track record driving measurable retention and revenue growth
• Strong copywriting and conversion instincts
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to execute at high speed in a fast‑growth startup environment
• Highly organized, proactive, and obsessed with performance
