Social Content Designer

Responsibilities

• Own motion and creative output across paid social channels
• Create assets for Meta, Tik Tok and broader paid media campaigns
• Produce a mix of video, motion graphics, static ads, UGC-style edits and growth creative
• Work closely with Growth Managers to concept, test and optimise creative
• Translate performance insights into improved creative output
• Develop platform-native content that balances brand and conversion
• Create short-form content using footage, creator content, motion graphics and lo-fi assets
• Build scalable motion systems and repeatable creative approaches
• Stay ahead of Tik Tok and paid social trends, formats and behaviours
• Support Organic Social with reactive and motion-led content
• Contribute to broader brand campaigns and product launches

• Experience in motion or social-first creative roles
• Strong portfolio focused on paid social and short-form content
• Deep understanding of Meta, Tik Tok and growth marketing creative
• Experience producing performance-driven creative without losing brand quality
• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-output environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage workload independently
