Position: Specialist, Creative (Brand Design)

Title: Brand Designer (15-month Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover)

Overview

Turn complex business concepts into clear, compelling creative outputs within our Brand & Creative team.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Visual Problem‑Solving: partner with copywriters and designers to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Execute Experiential & Event Design: support creation of branded event collateral and experiential assets for flagship global events.
  • Champion Commercial Enablement: design unique RFP responses and tailored visual experiences for strategic accounts.
  • Evolve the Brand System: guard brand identity, create new brand elements, adapt templated assets for efficiency.
  • Deliver Confident Craft: own stakeholder conversations, consider overall content flow, deliver high‑standard outputs matching specifications.
  • Foster Creative Culture: contribute ideas, learn from others, seek feedback to iterate solutions.
Qualifications
  • Design Expertise: strong background in graphic or brand design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling across digital, print, and physical touchpoints.
  • System Thinking: ability to think in systems and scale design consistency.
  • Collaborative Mindset: work seamlessly with cross‑functional stakeholders and value diverse perspectives.
  • Accountability & Ownership: manage project timelines, share progress, and learn from mistakes.
  • Agility & Self‑Motivation: work independently in a fast‑paced environment and wear many hats when required.
  • Communication & Presentation

    Skills:

    articulate design work, creative process, and strategic choices to non‑creative partners.
  • Growth Orientation: love learning, welcome feedback, and seek continuous growth.

Hybrid working model: three days per week in office to support collaboration and connection.
