Position: Digital Projects Coordinator - Sweaty Betty - 12M FTC

Digital Projects Coordinator (12M FTC)

Join Sweaty Betty’s digital team as a highly organised, customer‑focused coordinator responsible for enhancing our international e‑commerce experience and delivering seamless and engaging customer journeys across every digital touchpoint.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Digital team on broader projects, including new system implementations and integrations.
  • Champion project‑based tasks for Integration and Modernisation, advocating best practices for PIM/DAM and serving as SME partner with the Digital Operations Coordinator.
  • Own Voice‑of‑the‑Consumer data: review customer touchpoint tools (Reviews, Ratings, NPS, UGC) and cascade insights to resolve issues.
  • Lead Bazaar Voice onsite: report monthly business performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and share customer sentiment with product teams.
  • Act as SME for NPS onsite: track performance, report trends, raise tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own UGC: implement social commerce and recommendation strategies to increase conversion and product data quality.
  • Build strong cross‑departmental relationships, especially with Digital, E‑commerce, Analytics and Digital Product.
Qualifications
  • Analytical mindset and exceptional eye for detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Akeneo and DAM preferred; advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with customer insight tools such as Bazaar Voice, Story Stream, Chattermill and Get Feedback.
  • Genuine interest in product data and customer insights, with a drive to improve processes.
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated, able to prioritise heavy workloads in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Proactive, positive problem‑solving approach and results‑focused initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate as a dynamic team player.
