Client Partner – Retail | London | Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced Client Partner to lead the Retail category for one of the UK's leading Out of Home media businesses.

This is a high-profile position where you'll own the commercial strategy for the Retail category, working with leading brands and agencies to develop innovative, insight-led advertising solutions.

You'll become the go-to expert for the sector, building senior relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and shaping category growth.

• Develop and execute the Retail category strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Build and strengthen relationships with major retail advertisers and their agencies.
• Lead strategic client workshops, presentations and bespoke planning sessions.
• Identify emerging market trends and turn them into commercial opportunities.
• Play a key role in major pitches and proactive business development initiatives.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver integrated media solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, positioning the business as a market leader through thought leadership and innovation.
• Maintain strong pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.

• 10+ years' experience within media (media owner, agency or client-side).
• Strong knowledge of the Retail sector (Retail Media experience highly desirable).
• Established relationships with senior retail advertisers and agency stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence media investment and deliver commercial growth.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys solving client challenges.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Commercially driven with a proactive approach to winning business.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working across multiple functions.
