This is a role for someone who knows what it takes to run a channel properly and knows that “properly” means planned, compliant, on-brand and on-time, every single time. You’ve managed social channels in a professional or regulated environment, you understand the discipline that comes with financial services, and you’re the kind of person who spots a risk before it becomes one.
That instinct is exactly what ITCH and our clients need.
As Channel Manager, you’ll sit right at the heart of delivery for one of our biggest clients, a major asset management brand, taking day-to-day ownership of up to 14 Linked In pages. You’ll plan, publish, monitor, report on and elevate content across all of them, always in line with the agreed strategy, the client’s compliance requirements, and the monthly allocation of hours defined in the Statement of Work.
It’s a client-facing role that lives and breathes the detail: nothing goes live without sign-off, nothing slips through the net, and the client always knows they’re in safe hands.
To do that well you’ll need to be brilliantly organised and a genuinely clear communicator, someone who can project manage activity across multiple stakeholders, prioritise ruthlessly within tight time budgets, and act as a trusted point of contact the client comes to rely on. You’ll be the internal brand guardian, the one turning long‑form thinking into scroll‑stopping Linked In posts, and the person who can look at a month’s performance and say what to do differently next time.
Alongside the client work, you’ll also spend part of your time closer to home, supporting our Marketing Executive to bring ITCH’s own channels to life, lending your channel expertise to our internal content so we practise what we preach. It’s a nice change of pace and a chance to shape how the agency itself shows up.
You’re joining a team with real creative ambition. If you want somewhere to sharpen your channel craft on serious brands while getting stuck into the wider life of the agency, this is it.
