Following some exceptional growth, our client is looking for an Amazon Advertising Manager to join their expanding performance marketing team.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll take ownership of high-profile client accounts across Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and Retail Media platforms. There is clear scope to step into a leadership position, managing junior team members as the function continues to grow.

• Own and deliver advertising strategy across Amazon and retail media channels
• Analyse campaign performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Sponsored Ads and DSP
• Monitor accounts daily, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded
• Develop and present insightful client reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive account growth and innovation
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to training initiatives and wider business projects

• 2+ years’ experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with experience working with stakeholders
• Solid Excel skills and strong overall technical literacy
• Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts
• Experience with Amazon DSP
• Familiarity with bid management tools (e.g. Skai/Kenshoo or similar)
• Exposure to other marketplaces (eBay, Zalando, etc.)
