Job Description & How to Apply Below
We’re seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, managing multi-channel digital campaigns, and driving measurable results.
As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategies across paid media, social, content, and web projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
- Oversee campaign delivery across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, and CRM.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and performance reporting with precision and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Analyse performance data and present insights that drive optimisation and growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Support junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
About You
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts or digital projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of performance channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display) and digital strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with confidence in analysing campaign performance and drawing insights.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and performance-related bonus.
- Hybrid working model (3 days in our central London office).
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off.
- Ongoing professional development and access to industry certifications.
- A creative, collaborative, and inclusive culture with opportunities to grow your career.
