• Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with brand objectives best practices
• Improve user journeys through usability testing and feedback
• Analyze content performance and user engagement to optimize campaigns
• Ensure consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms
• Respond to user inquiries via email and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues with care and clarity
• Relay user feedback to product and support teams

We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or copywriting. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills are essential, along with a strategic mindset that balances creativity and performance.
