Performance Marketing Manager

Overview

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In, Meta, and display.
• Build and execute SEO strategies that improve ranking, visibility, and traffic quality.
• Partner with an external agency to deliver scale across the portfolio.
• Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, using data to guide optimisation and improve pipeline efficiency.
• Partner with portfolio marketing, product, and design teams to deliver consistent, high-impact digital programs aligned with growth priorities.

• A strong analytical foundation built through experience in start-ups, investment banking, PE/VC, strategy, or management consulting
• You thrive in ambiguity, form clear mental models quickly, take ownership instinctively, and enjoy diving deep into unfamiliar software categories.
• You’re energized by environments defined by ambition, precision, and ownership and a high standard of integrity and responsibility.
• You communicate in a structured, concise, and compelling way - verbally and in writing. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple work streams without sacrificing quality or momentum.
