Navigator is a specialist growth consultancy working with luxury hospitality, travel and lifestyle brands. We help clients define the stories that matter, build strategies around them and create the systems needed to drive long-term growth. As AI transforms the marketing industry, Navigator is evolving from a traditional agency into a human-led, AI-enabled growth partner. We believe the future lies not in producing more content, but in helping brands make better decisions, tell better stories and grow more effectively.

We are looking for an ambitious graduate to help execute Navigator’s marketing and growth strategy during an exciting period of transformation.

Working directly with the leadership team, your primary objective will be to increase awareness of Navigator amongst luxury hospitality, travel and lifestyle brands while helping establish our position as a leading strategic growth partner within the sector.

• Executing Navigator’s content and thought leadership strategy
• Supporting Linked In, website and marketing initiatives
• Researching luxury brands, market trends and growth opportunities
• Developing case studies, insights and strategic content
• Supporting business development and industry outreach
• Exploring how AI can improve marketing effectiveness and agency operations

A curious, commercially minded graduate with strong communication skills, an interest in luxury brands, marketing and technology, and a desire to help build a growing business.
