Search is seeking a Consumer CRM Manager to redefine how CRM contributes to revenue within a fast-growing digital marketplace in London. You will own CRM end-to-end, embedding it into the customer journey and collaborating with Product and Brand to influence customer behaviour and drive measurable growth across the funnel.
The role focuses on building lifecycle journeys across email, push and in-app, scaling CRM from early engagement to repeat usage, and leading testing programmes.
