We’re looking for a Senior Client Services Partner to join our London-based Advertiser Solutions team and play a hands‑on role in bringing programmatic deals to life. You’ll work at the intersection of data, technology, and trading expertise, partnering closely with agencies and brands to optimise campaigns, unlock growth, and turn performance insights into real impact across the Pub Matic platform.

• End‑to‑endpost‑salecampaignmanagement:dealapproval,activation,optimisation,and renewal
• Dealsetup,campaignlaunches,pacing,troubleshooting,andongoingoptimisation
• Performanceanalysisanddata‑drivenrecommendationstodriveKPIsandrevenue
• Weekly/monthlyreporting,QBRs,andinventoryperformanceanalysis
• Hands‑onDSPtradingandoptimisationacrossDV
  360,TTD,AmazonDSP,orsimilar
• Cross‑functionalexecutionwith
  
  Sales,Strategy,Addressability,Activate Trading,andDeal Desk
• SPOsupport,proposal development,andperformancetracking
• Process improvements,documentation,andoperationalbestpractices

• Experience in Programmatic Trading, Client Services, or Account Management within AdTech (typically around 5 years)
• Hands‑onexperiencewithmajorDSPs(DV360,TTD,AmazonDSP,orsimilar)
• Strongunderstandingofprogrammaticbuying/selling,pricingmodels,andoptimisationstrategies
• Advanced Excelskillsandconfidenceanalysingcampaignperformancedata
• Experience with Salesforce,Looker,Tableau,orPowerBI(preferred)
• Fluencyin English;additionalEuropeanlanguageaplus
