Four Seasons is seeking a CRM Executive on a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave in West London with hybrid working. You will own CRM activity across the full customer lifecycle and report to the Digital Marketing Manager.
You will plan and deliver data-driven campaigns across email, SMS and app notifications, build segmentation, run A/B tests, and collaborate with brand, creative and e-commerce teams to drive acquisition, retention and loyalty.
