About Us- Hermanos Colombian Coffee Roasters is a celebration of Colombian culture, craft, and community. We act as a bridge between Colombia's rich coffee traditions and London's modern specialty coffee scene, working directly with the farmers who grow our coffee, not just buying from them. That commitment has earned us back-to-back recognition at the London Coffee Festival:

With 10 coffee shops, an ecommerce store, and a wholesale business, we're now in an exciting growth phase which includes expanding our retail footprint across London, launching an international franchise model, and scaling production across UK and EU. This is a rare opportunity to shape the identity of a brand with genuine momentum.
About the RoleAs Brand & Marketing Manager, you'll own our brand and marketing strategy across our coffee shops, ecommerce, wholesale and franchise businesses – with budget, creative control, and founder access from day one. - 3-5 years of marketing and brand management experience in a premium multi-unit hospitality, specialty food & beverage, or retail brand. London market experience preferred.
