We’re supporting a fast-growing AI communication platform operating within the allied health sector.

Founded in late 2024, the business is already used by more than 1,500 healthcare professionals globally and is now expanding its London-based team to support continued international growth.

As Senior Growth Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering the wider digital marketing and demand generation strategy across the UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll be responsible for planning, launching and optimising campaigns across multiple channels, while supporting budget management and wider customer growth targets.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work directly across key advertising and social platforms, analyse campaign performance and manage specialist subcontractors where required.

You’ll also contribute to the continued development of the wider growth strategy, using data and insight to improve performance across international markets.

• 3+ years’ experience within digital marketing, ideally in a technology or SaaS business
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In and Instagram
• Experience supporting demand generation and customer acquisition activity
• Confident analysing campaign data and making optimisation decisions
• Experience managing marketing budgets and channel performance
• Comfortable combining campaign strategy with hands-on delivery
• Experience working with agencies, freelancers or specialist subcontractors
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive within an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment
