Manager, Client Development

Join a leading international professional services firm as a Manager, Client Development, supporting strategic business development, marketing and key client initiatives across a high-performing practice group.

In this role, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive pitches and proposals, awards submissions, client-focused marketing campaigns, sponsor ships, events and market research. You will also play a key role in developing and managing a growing key account programme, helping to strengthen client relationships, improve reporting, identify growth opportunities and enhance client development processes.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years' business development or marketing experience within legal or professional services.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong experience with pitches, proposals, client programmes and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills.
• Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to measuring ROI.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and AI tools such as Copilot.
• Degree educated in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
