About Us

Work it! Here at Shake Shack, we take care of each other first and foremost so that we can make raves for our guests, community, suppliers, and investors. After all, teamwork makes the dream work. We work our buns off, but we play hard too. If you’re looking for a deeply fulfilling, financially rewarding, and really fun career, you’re in the right place.

Shake Shack serves elevated versions of American classics using only the best ingredients. From our signature Angus beef burgers and crispy chicken to hand-spun shakes, house-made lemonades, beer, and wine, we’re known for high-quality food, warm hospitality, and uplifting guest experiences.

Since opening in New York City’s Madison Square Park in 2004, Shake Shack has grown to 590+ locations worldwide, including 17 (and counting) across the UK. We’re proud to have been named a Great Place to Work® in 2025, ranking 25th on our first ever entry. This reflects our people-first culture, investment in team development, and initiatives like Wagestream, which support financial wellbeing across our Shacks.

The

Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded marketer who thrives on making things happen.

As our Senior Local Marketing & Menu Management Executive, you'll be responsible for bringing the Shake Shack brand to life across every UK Shack. From launching new restaurants and building local partnerships to delivering national menu launches and creating unforgettable community activations, you'll own the execution of projects that directly influence guest experience and business performance.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the action.

One day you could be launching a new Shack, the next negotiating a partnership with a local business, coordinating a national menu rollout or organising a community event that gets people talking.

You'll work with almost every part of the business: from Operations and Property to Supply Chain, Creative, Digital and external agencies; making this one of the most visible and varied marketing roles within the company.

While this is an execution-focused role, we're looking for someone who thinks commercially, takes ownership, challenges the status quo and continuously looks for ways to make things better.

If you're looking for more responsibility, greater exposure and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
