** Inbound Marketing Executive
** to help attract, engage, and convert prospective landlords and tenants through content, SEO, and digital campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is looking to develop their skills across content creation, lead generation, email nurturing, and website optimisation within a fast-paced estate agency environment.

You will play a key role in growing our online presence and generating high-quality leads organically, from developing and executing SEO and content strategy to building and refining email nurture sequences. You’ll be expected to bring data analytics skills to the role, building clear dashboards that demonstrate the real impact of your work, and to bring fresh, unconventional lead generation ideas that go beyond the typical marketing playbook.

You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and sales teams, turning organic interest into enquiries and enquiries into instructions.
** ROLE OVERVIEW
** You will work closely with the
** Sales, Property Management, and wider Marketing teams
** to support the growth and visibility of Cozee Properties across all digital channels.

Reporting directly to the
** Marketing Manager**, you will lead on SEO, content strategy, email marketing, and organic lead generation, while tracking and reporting on the performance of your campaigns.

You will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the property market, our target audience, and industry best practice, while taking ownership of your marketing initiatives and identifying new opportunities to drive organic growth.

** WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

** 3-5 years’ experience
** in inbound marketing, ideally within property, real estate, or a related service industry
* Has a genuine track record of generating business organically, through SEO, AI chatbot optimisation, and referrals, rather than relying on paid advertising alone
* Has solid working knowledge of SEO, data analytics, and email marketing funnels
* Can build clear dashboards to demonstrate the impact of their marketing activity
* Wants to build a long-term career shaping marketing strategy within a growing property business
* Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
* Is confident presenting results and ideas to internal teams and senior stakeholders
