Engineered Arts builds the Ameca full-size humanoid platform, the MD3 desktop line (Ami Desktop, Azi Desktop, Ameca Desktop), and custom Mesmer builds. We sell into research labs, a variety of schools for classroom use, museums, attractions, corporate and hospitality clients and conference/event rentals. Currently, development for all positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials is shared across marketing, product and sales teams.
These teams have limited bandwidth to properly develop and maintain the assets, let alone expand and refine them. This product marketing role will take the lead for developing, delivering and maintaining the product marketing and sales enablement assets needed to drive growth and sales. You will actively partner with the product team to ensure accuracy and consistency.
This is a builder role. You will personally write the battle cards, build the ICP discovery guides, capture visual product assets, and draft the outbound sequence copy for the sales team. If what you want is a role where you set strategy and a team executes it, this is not that role yet. You will start as a team of one and help build the systems and processes as we build more marketing and growth functions in the coming months.
WhatYou'll Own
- Refine and expand on our use cases and ICPs (research and HRI labs, K-12 and charter schools, museums and science centers, events and rentals, enterprise front-of-house) with product and sales teams.
- Write and maintain the core positioning and messaging library: one-pagers, spec sheets, battle cards, objection-handling docs, and the master sales enablement doc, updated every time product or pricing changes.
- Build a visual asset library with the product team. This would include images and video among other materials, for use in assets across marketing, sales, social media and other channels.
- Draft copy for outbound sequences, landing pages, and campaign assets, and discovery questions, working alongside sales and marketing operations. You write the first draft. You are not assigning this work to someone else.
- Own product launch coordination for the desktop line and future product releases: messaging, timing, and making sure sales is actually ready to sell on day one.
- Build simple, repeatable SOPs with the product team and other stakeholders for how positioning and enablement content gets created, reviewed, and shipped.
- Partner with product to confirm specs, open discrepancies and ensure accuracy and consistency before anything ships externally, and with sales to close the loop between what outreach says and what the field experiences.
- Support case studies and reference materials with sales and customer success, drawing on customers like Brandenburg University, Altus Charter Schools, Dubai Museum of the Future, LEGO, and Bloomberg.
- Day-to-day social media publishing and…
