Busy peak season incoming, and we need a hands‑on Online Coordinator to help keep everything moving. You'll sit within a dynamic digital team supporting a fast‑paced beauty eCommerce operation as it gears up for a major platform transformation and peak trading period. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety—supporting day‑to‑day trading while playing a key part in a Shopify transition and ensuring everything lands smoothly ahead of Black Friday and beyond.

• Supporting the Online Manager across BAU eCommerce activity
• Assisting with a Shopify transformation project ahead of a January re-platform
• Coordinating product uploads, content updates, and promotional activity
• Working closely with a newly onboarded search & media agency
• Supporting peak trading activity, including Black Friday campaigns
• Helping to identify and resolve site or trading issues quickly

• Proven eCommerce experience, ideally in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify (essential)
• Confident working across multiple stakeholders and external agencies
• Highly organised, detail‑driven, and able to prioritise effectively
• A proactive mindset and willingness to step in and support where needed
