Creative Services Manager Salary: upto £45k

Hybrid, 3 days in, 2 days WFH

The Role

You will sit at the heart of the creative workflow, keeping projects on track across multiple clients. This is a hands‑on role where you will plan resource, manage trafficking and support the delivery of high‑quality campaigns that land on time, on spec and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and traffic briefs through the Creative Department for your clients.
  • Work closely with structural, design, artwork, digital and AV teams to maintain seamless workflow.
  • Prioritise and manage creative resource, including freelancers where required.
  • Maintain quality standards, ensuring creative leads sign off all priority work.
  • Track budgets, timesheets and utilisation to support studio efficiency.
  • Contribute resource to new business where needed.
  • Strengthen processes and communication across all departments.
  • Ensure work aligns with style guides, legal requirements and confidentiality expectations.
About You
  • 4+ years as a Creative Services Manager in an integrated agency or pre‑press environment.
  • Solid understanding of ATL and BTL production including POP, POS, print and production techniques.
  • Experienced managing traffic flow, WIPs and artwork production.
  • Organised, solutions focused and confident communicating with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable under pressure, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of structural production is beneficial.
  • Mac and PC literate, proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with InDesign.
  • A positive, proactive team player with natural leadership skills.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with major UK, European or global FMCG, shopper or entertainment brands.
  • Understanding of structural production workflows.
