Digital Marketing Specialist

OUNO is a tech-driven executive ride-hailing platform redefining chauffeur services across London and beyond. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the sector, we are scaling rapidly and need a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through digital channels.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at OUNO, you’ll take full ownership of our digital marketing strategy, working across multiple channels to expand our reach and engagement.

Performance Marketing & PPC – Managing and optimising paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In) to drive customer acquisition and improve cost efficiency.

SEO & Content Strategy – Implementing SEO best practices, optimising website content, and driving organic traffic growth.

Social Media Management – Owning and executing content strategies across Linked In, Instagram, and other platforms to build engagement and brand awareness.

Email & CRM Marketing – Creating and managing email marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and engagement.

Brand & Messaging – Developing compelling, high-converting messaging that enhances OUNO’s positioning in the premium transport sector.

Collaboration – Working closely with the leadership team to shape and execute marketing strategies aligned with our growth objectives.

2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role.

Proven hands‑on expertise in PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO strategies

Strong understanding of social media marketing (Linked In, Instagram, X) and engagement strategies.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills
, with a talent for crafting impactful, high-converting messaging.

Highly analytical
, comfortable working with data, running reports, and optimising campaigns based on insights.

Experience in CRM/email marketing platforms is a plus.

A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset—able to work autonomously and adapt in a fast-growing company.

Must be London-based and available to work in the office 5 days a week.
