London - (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)

We are seeking an experienced Programme Communications Lead / Specialist to own and coordinate internal communications across a large-scale programme. Acting as the key link between Internal Communications and programme leadership, you will ensure stakeholders receive clear, consistent and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the programme communications calendar.
• Develop and deliver communication plans, newsletters and key programme updates.
• Support leadership communications, town halls, briefing packs and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Draft presentations, communications content and executive updates.
• Maintain programme intranet pages and communication channels.
• Track and manage senior stakeholder engagement.
• Support programme governance reporting and maintain the programme roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Programme Communications, Internal Communications or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Experience creating engaging communications content and presentations.
