Managerto join our expanding regional marketing team in the UK, based in London. You will be key in developing, executing, andoptimisingour media strategy across multiple channels with a specific focus on driving brand awareness and sales. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, manage relationships with media vendors and agencies, and ensurethe successful execution of media campaigns that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do Leading Day-to-Day Media Management
  • Develop and implement multi-channel media strategies aligned with brand objectives,marketinggoalsand sales targets,for the UK market.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Category Marketing,Creative, IMC, FP&A) to define campaign media targets, set budgets,define audience strategies,and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the bridge between upper and lower funnel media activation, feeding insights to theDTCperformance team andleveragingtheir learnings tooptimisemedia strategies.
  • Overseeaccurateandtimelyreporting of media campaign performance, ensuring that key metrics and insights are shared with internal stakeholders (e.g.Marketing,Analytics,DTC).
  • Manage media buying across a variety of channels,with a focus on Social first campaigns, but also including OLV, Display, CTV, OOH, Broadcast TV,partnerships, and more.
  • Oversee the execution, optimisation, and tracking of media campaigns, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Use marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance,optimizeROI, andidentifyareas for improvement.
  • Analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that are accessible and understandable for the wider business.
  • Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and technologies, recommending new media opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of future campaigns.
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with media vendors and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring Attributes & Skills
  • Proven track recordof developing and executing successful advertising campaigns acrossthe full media mix.
  • Expertise in the UK media landscape, including emerging opportunities.
  • Experience in full-funnel marketing activation, with an understanding of how each part of the funnel contributes to overall campaign success.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning Socialand Digital first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, sales, etc.).
  • Experience inend-to-endmedia campaign and project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
