We're seeking an experienced Strategic Communications & Content Manager to shape and deliver thought leadership and digital content for a globally recognised organisation working across education, international development and social impact.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to translate complex programmes into engaging, influential content that builds organisational reputation, supports partnerships and strengthens visibility with global audiences.
The Role
Lead the planning, creation and management of strategic content across Linked In and other digital visibility platforms.
Develop engaging content that showcases programmes, partnerships and impact across multiple countries and regions.
Build thought leadership around key education and international development themes.
Translate complex programme, policy and research content into engaging, accessible stories for a range of audiences.
Develop and manage content calendars aligned with organisational priorities and campaigns.
Work closely with programme teams, country offices and subject matter experts to identify compelling stories and opportunities.
Create content that strengthens organisational positioning with donors, partners and policymakers.
Ensure balanced representation of programmes and initiatives across global communications.
About You
Proven experience developing strategic communications and content within international development, education, public sector or social impact organisations.
Strong experience managing and growing Linked In or executive thought leadership channels.
Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
Experience translating complex programmes, research or policy into engaging digital content.
Strong understanding of audience engagement, digital communications and content strategy.
Experience using analytics and engagement data to continuously improve content performance.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working alongside senior leaders and subject matter experts.
