As a Paid Search Senior Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering best-in‑class search performance across EMEA markets. Working closely with the wider Paid Search team, you'll help plan, launch, optimise and grow campaigns that drive measurable business results.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Planning, managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns across multiple markets.
• Driving performance against commercial objectives and agreed KPIs.
• Supporting testing programmes, innovation projects and new tool adoption.
• Delivering insightful reporting and actionable recommendations.
• Ensuring campaigns follow best practice and maintain excellent account hygiene.
• Supporting business reviews and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Building strong relationships with platform partners and key stakeholders.
