We’re looking for a proactive, detail-loving, and creative Commercial Solutions Executive to join our team. You’ll help bring sponsorship opportunities to life for some of the most exciting sports properties in the world. From building and implementing partnership go-to-market strategies to crafting individual client presentations, you’ll be a key player in helping us build standout commercial partnership offerings and in cultivating demand for those offerings.

You’ll help bring big ideas to life and improve our cross-department collaboration and processes:

• Craft Compelling Commercial Stories Write and build visually powerful and persuasive presentations that showcase the value of our sponsorship opportunities to prospective brand partners.
• Translate Data into Commercial Propositions Use audience, performance, and engagement data to support your storytelling and tailor solutions to brand objectives.
• Support Sales from Pitch to Close Act as a key partner to the sales team - supporting outreach narratives, joining meetings, shaping proposals.
• Drive Client Strategy Understand our clients and their objectives and design strategies to achieve them.
• Drive Operational Excellence Take responsibility for team collaboration, process implementation and improvements that support a high-performance commercial function.
• Collaborate Across Teams Work side by side with internal design, marketing services and data teams to ensure every opportunity is both commercially strong and creatively outstanding.

• A passion for storytelling and understanding of how brands use sports marketing
• Exceptional presentation skills, particularly using PPT, AI image creation
• Strong organisation and admin skills - you love a well-kept doc or tracker
• Clear and confident communication skills - written and verbal
• Used to bringing ideas to life and coordinating across multiple departments
• An interest in the world of sport and how it connects people
• A proactive, target-driven mindset - you’re someone who gets things done
• You’re comfortable and confident using CRM tools and Microsoft Excel & PPT
