• Lead a dedicated retail media team, delivering high‑quality strategy, planning and execution for a major new client
• Take ownership of full‑funnel retail media campaigns, driving measurable growth and tangible business outcomes
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a key partner and advisor
• Identify and unlock new opportunities for innovation across tools, formats and activation approaches
• Develop and support a high‑performing team, providing clear direction, coaching and development
• Champion retail media within broader media planning, ensuring it is fully integrated across channels
• Contribute to business growth through client expansion opportunities and new business support

• Experience delivering retail media campaigns at scale within an agency or client‑side environment
• Confidence leading teams or a clear ambition to step into a leadership role with support
• Proven ability to drive growth and performance through retail media strategies
• Strong understanding of commerce and how retail media fits within a full‑funnel approach
• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across teams and stakeholder groups
• Clear and engaging communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• Curiosity and motivation to stay close to industry developments and continuously improve ways of working
