Role Overview :

As the PR and Influencer Coordinator, you will be pivotal in enhancing White Stuff’s brand visibility and reputation. You will help implement PR strategies, support with influencer partnerships, and drive media coverage to elevate brand storytelling across traditional and digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, purpose-driven fashion brand.

What you’ll be doing : 1. Influencer Marketing
  • Identify, research, and build relationships with influencers who align with White Stuff’s brand values and target audience.
  • Support the PR Manager in the planning and execution of influencer partnerships, including gifted and paid campaigns.
  • Support the PR Manager with influencer contracts, deliverables, and post-campaign analysis to measure success.
  • Build an organic community of brand ambassadors via an established influencer gifting programme.
  • Track influencer collaborations, collecting content and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Maintain a database of influencers, keeping it updated with contact details, preferences, and campaign history.
  • Utilise commercial aptitude to drive success via affiliate influencer programmes such as LTK.
2. Public Relations
  • Assist in the development and execution of seasonal PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and product launches.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and publications in the fashion, lifestyle, and retail sectors.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and product pitches to secure media coverage.
  • Coordinate press sample management, including tracking requests and returns.
  • Monitor and report on media coverage, providing insights into PR performance and opportunities.
  • Work with the ESG team on product messaging and categorisation.
3. Content and Events
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging PR assets for press send outs and events.
  • Support the organization and execution of press events, influencer activations, and store openings.
  • Produce post event reports that tracks coverage, influencer content and key analysis.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during events, fostering positive relationships with media and influencers.
4. Brand Advocacy
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content and partnerships reflect White Stuff’s identity and values.
  • Champion sustainability and community-focused initiatives through digital storytelling.
5. General
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity in PR and influencer marketing.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as budget tracking and invoice management.
  • Provide regular reports on PR and influencer activity, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
What you’ll need:
  • 2 years plus of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or a related role, ideally within fashion or lifestyle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand stories.
  • An established network of influencers and creators within the UK fashion and lifestyle space.
  • A passion for social media trends and an understanding of digital platforms.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience with PR or influencer management tools (e.g. Launchmetrics and Dairy Directory), is advantageous.
  • Existing UK press contacts a bonus.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and sustainability.
