Lifecycle Marketing Specialist - What You'll be Doing:

• Delivering end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns from planning through execution, testing, optimisation and reporting.
• Building and deploying campaigns within lifecycle marketing platforms, including audience segmentation, journey configuration, QA and troubleshooting.
• Designing and optimising automated and trigger-based customer journeys.
• Collaborating with Creative, Data Science, Audience & Measurement, and Marketing teams across EMEA, Americas and APAC.
• Driving personalised customer engagement through data, insights and customer-centric marketing strategies.
