We are looking for an ambitious Senior Consultant (Account Director) to play a key role in our growing healthcare practice in London. We are interested in hearing from candidates with experience working in a consultancy, communications, public affairs, policy, media, healthcare or related environment.

Lexington is a leading independent strategic consultancy and part of kyu, a global collective of over 20 creative firms delivering integrated strategy, behavioural science, design, and transformation. We deliver positive change to shape the future for global businesses, organisations and society, with offices in London and Manchester, and an established network of international agency partners through the FIPRA network.

About the role and the practice

Our healthcare team sits at the intersection of policy, politics, the media and innovation. We work across a diverse portfolio of UK and global clients spanning the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech, NHS and charity sectors. We help organisations tackle some of healthcare's most pressing challenges, from improving access to innovative medicines and technologies, to reducing health inequalities and supporting the transformation of healthcare services.

Our work in the health practice is integrated, combining strategic communications, public affairs, policy, stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation.

The Senior Consultant will be assigned to the day to day running of client accounts, drawing on their expertise in communications, public affairs, or integrated accounts. The aim of the role is to be the go-to expert around the management of client projects, overseeing the delivery of integrated public affairs and communications programmes and campaigns for clients, against agreed objectives. You would also have an important role supporting the senior team advising clients, developing strategy and new business proposals and pitches.
