We are hiring an OOH Account Manager to join Zenith and play a key role in delivering innovative, data-led Out of Home campaigns for some of the UK's leading brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with exceptional client partnership, helping clients achieve meaningful business results through creative and effective media solutions.

Working alongside experienced media specialists, you will lead the day‑to‑day delivery of OOH campaigns, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to the continued evolution of a best‑in‑class OOH offering. You'll have the opportunity to shape impactful work, support team development, and collaborate across the wider Publicis Media network to drive innovation and growth.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of OOH campaigns, ensuring high-quality planning, execution, and performance.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to develop solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Translate client briefs into strategic, data‑informed recommendations supported by clear rationale and insight.
• Build strong relationships with clients, media owners, suppliers, and agency teams, becoming a trusted point of contact.
• Monitor campaign and commercial performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and actions to support client growth.
• Support and develop junior team members through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute new ideas, best practices, and innovative thinking to strengthen the wider OOH proposition and team success.

Skills we’re looking for

• Experience planning and buying OOH media campaigns within an agency, media owner, or related environment.
• Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how media investment contributes to business objectives.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and supporting team success.
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data and insights into clear recommendations.
• Curiosity about the evolving media landscape, including digital innovation and emerging opportunities in OOH.
