Marketing Designer

Support the Marketing team in creating high-quality marketing materials across multiple channels
Work closely with Creative Directors, Senior Designers, and marketers
Support marketing efforts for sister agencies Pilotis, Imerza, and Visualisation One
Create digital channel content, shot lists, conference materials, and event materials
Create decks and case studies to support new business activity
Deliver refined marketing communications that raise awareness of the studios and position teams as leaders in their fields
Observe agency workflows and learn from experienced creative teams

• Entry-level role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Experience creating and adapting content using Canva
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as Sanity, Word Press, or similar is beneficial
• Familiarity with Figma is beneficial
• Experience posting and managing content on Instagram and similar social platforms
• Strong attention to detail and passion for high-quality design
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
