We are working with a consumer finance company who are entering an exciting phase of change and transformation as a business. The Marketing Manager role has come about as a result of a promotion internally and will be responsible for defining the customer marketing strategy and looking at how customers are communicated with across various touch points.

Role will be based in central London with hybrid working, 3 days in the office.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager role:

Leading the end-to-end delivery of customer marketing strategies that support business priorities and improve customer outcomes

Using data insights, segmentation and behavioural science to create personalised customer communications

Developing a customer contact strategy that defines what we communicate, when we communicate and to which customer segments

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, influencing decisions and ensuring the voice of the customer is represented
